Sun and dawn were late today they nearly missed the show they took their seats in the back maintained a quiet glow the leaves were there already they'd come from all around awaiting this morning's concert their seats scattered on the ground the excitement started mounting leaving a chill in the air the trees began to sway catching people unaware and then a rumble from overhead someone cut the light an outpouring from the cloud onstage the wind began to bite everyone paid attention the message delivered with heft scorecard tallies winter here fall leaves and autumn left ......Kelly De Witt Schlicht.....
